the 'after' picture, i realize now what i had been missing! man, you could almost park our cars side by side with all this space!

by the time i got to the sidewalk i was sick of the dull edger, so i just moved to using my shovel!
it only took a couple hours on saturday afternoon and a blister on my hand, but the sidewalk and driveway looked so much better! now i really should mow the lawn...
