Wiggins 14

A happy boy- and his dog!

He's so sleepy!

Safe in his little nest!
Wiggins tried out a couple Halloween costumes.
What do you think, does he look better in the grey ones or the green ones?
Our little furball doesn't seem too interested in the football game. Don't worry buddy, I'm not either...
Nussled up in his cozy bead!

Random Ledge 116

Ledger was very pleased when his specially made Dr. Retro toy finally arrived in the mail!
He made a special candy meal for Dr. Retro!

Trying his hand at being a chef, Ledger made pancakes for the whole family- and they turned out really well!
Chowing down on a late night snack at the table while watching his tablet.
Ledger agreed that it was time for a new hairstyle. Diana didn't really feel qualified to change it up, so for the first time in quite a while, we went to a professional. It turned out well! By his next cut it will be grown in enough to achieve that perfect new style!
One of our favorite movies we ever went to as a whole family was Moana. Now with the second one out, we had to all go together to check it out!
We stopped in to the local Pizza Hut to help out with a fundraiser for a school family.
Checking out Sonic 3. Movie nights are always the best nights!

Oh, Christmas Tree

Every year he climbs into the tree box. Yup, it's still cute!
The tree is up and covered in lights. Looks good so far!

Placing each ornament with care- have to make it look as merry as possible!
Looks good so far!
All done. What a happy little family!

A Song in His Heart

The whole middle school singing a Christmas tune!
Our boy in the crowd!

A very proud Mema and Papa!

A Big Thanksgiving

Diana and Dad lounging around and chatting.
Ledge was able to help out a little with the food, here he is cutting up some of the carrots for one of James' tasty dishes.

Everyone gathered around enjoying the great food!
After the meal, we each found a lazy spot to recover, and maybe take a little nap!

Flick or Treat

The boys hanging out in the living room after trick or treating.
Since I had him at my house, I insisted that the celebrity sign his work! Adam worked on a fun kids show called 'Come On Over' and I've got a couple dvds of the show, so I had him sign both of them. Ledger used to watch them all the time when he was little and really loved them!

Trick or Treat Gang

A huge assortment of candy we were ready to hand out for any costumed visitor in order to dissuade them from performing a trick on us.
Our little alien! He got the grey bodysuit and decided it needed a little something more. He threw on his cat shirt and was all set! His ray gun completed the look- now it's time to get some sweets from these earthlings!

Diana set up a spot on the porch to hand out candy.
Ledge make a couple stops on our little cul-de-sac to test out his costume, playing the alien role!
She decided that the porch was too far away! Moving closer to the road so the kids don't have to walk all the way up for their treats.
The spooky set-up that one of our neighbors had was a fun little walk through and creepy lawn decorations!

BSG Con: Day 2

Jon longingly looking out onto the Chicago skyline, wishing he could spend more time with the BSG cast...
A solo panel with some good stories.

Our second day we stopped at this cool restaurant to get a good burger and fries.
Jon still radiating from the excitement of seeing the BSG cast in the different panels over the last two days!
'So say we all!'

A good time was had by all!

BSG Con: Day 1

A quick pitstop on our way to Chicago!

There were a bunch of different panels with the stars. It was fun to hear their stories and everything. Sometimes they would be on in different groups, and it was interesting to see how differently they acted depending on who they were up there with. Sometimes they were well behaved, but a few of them were clearly good friends and would be extra silly and pester each other!
Jon is in BSG heaven! And enjoying his special slurpee too!
One of the more well behaved panels.
For lunch on one of the days we went and got some chicken at Shaq's restaurant!
Jon's new best friend is Shaq.
Shuffling into the convention hall. We were too cheap to actually get reserved seating, so we were relegated to finding seats in the last 10 rows.
Walking back to the hotel from getting some Chicago style pizza!

Spooky Haunted House

Both of us were a little scared and uncertain before we went in...
Some of the creepy decorations we walked past as we shuffled through the waiting areas.

Soo scary!

The cool glasses they gave us to make the black light decorations really pop!
One of the monsters in the gift shop almost got me!
