he really wanted to try the bungee bounce, so i let him. here he is getting strapped in.

some of the rides were a little young for him, but he still wanted to give them a try. this one in particular ended with him telling me 'that one was boring, daddy...'

this one was a definite hit- he climbed up and lid down at least five time.

ah, this was certainly our winner for the day. he ran up and slid down this one at least 30 times!

he liked this one, but it was a bit scary to him- it was really shaky and rattly!

first day of first grade

seriously, this amuses me to no end: ledger called me over and said that klankey was writing a note for me. i come over to see this. klanky with a pen in his 'hand' and a piece of paper with a whole bunch of ones and zeros on it! i erupted in laughter! how does my son know that computer code is made up of ones and zeros? i have no idea, but he put it together that this was probably the language that klanky would know! what a funny- and clever- boy!
