hanging at mojos, rex is looking rather pale, mostly because he was terribly sick and constantly wheezing.
i was told i needed to wear my sunglasses indoors, to assure everyone that i was the cool bachelor. dusty, zagman, and adam are in agreement.
the dance floor was pretty busy during the night, there were at least two bachelorette parties going on there as well.

when we first arrived at mojo's there was a pole by the entry way upstairs. as we waited for everyone to come up, aaron took the opportunity to impress the ladies as they walked up the steps into the dance section. he struck a pose, and sent out 'the vibe'. i'm pretty sure it worked, because he was surrounded by hot women all night! *
* by 'hot women', i mean 'he was completely ignored by the ladies, just like the rest of us...
aaron was doing such a good job of sending out 'the vibe', that i figured i should take a turn...

we finished up at the restaurant and headed outside. papa talks with timmy to try and figure out how to get to his car.
after dinner papa parted ways with us, for some reason he wasnt up for going to a really loud bar... i can't figure out why. it was really cool that he even joined us in the first place! i love my dad, and it was so great to be able to share the night with him. i'm really thankful that he stopped by!

this is where we first were planning to go, but then we realized it was college basketball finals, so we quickly found a new place.

i was eating on the other side of the table with jeffry lee and my dad, but a couple of times i walked around to visit with the guys who were out of ear shot range. myself, adam, aaron, and rex sharing a couch.
adam was kindly rockin' out the handle bar mustache, so that's always a victory in my book.ready to roll! 2
they only sent a van and a car for all eleven of us (and their three drivers), and i have to tell you: none of us are small! i'm one of the shortest at six feet tall...

as everyone starts rolling in, we wait outside for the whole gang to arrive. here's my bro-in-law timmy, aaron, rex, max, and freddie.

dusty just got a new phone from work and he and zagman are checking it out.we are still waiting on the arrival of adam and kevin. once they get there, its time to roll!

after we left fridays, i had a few things to put in jeffry lee's truck. i have a few pillars that i have been using to hold speakers on either side of the tv for many years now, but its time to get rid of them, so i am giving them to rex. he wasnt there, so jeffry lee took them for me. before loading them into the truck, he took a moment to reenact rodan's 'the thinker'.crazy hair day
each year we have spirit week at school. one way that the kids celebrate is by having special days for the kids through out the week where they get to dress up and be a little bit crazy. one day, for example, was pj day, another was twin day, etc. well, one of the days was crazy hair day! usually i don't participate in the special days (not because i'm a poor sport, but because when i wake up in the morning i usually forget!) i knew i wanted to be a part of crazy hair day, so i pulled out my razor and got to work! 
i had planned to cut off my beard for the wedding anyway, so i just took this opportunity to have a little fun with it before it came off all the way. 
also, i blowdryed my hair back so it looked really big and poofy.

on her last week, diana was the 'front end hero' at her home depot store. she had received the best customer survey responses out of anyone there! in honor of such an amazing achievement, she had her photo put on the bulletin board!
