after making him, he sat with his new elf and drew an 'elf on the shelf'.  he is certainly ready for christmas.  only 8 and a half more months...

cake joke

so, apparently ledger had this grand idea for a joke.  he set it all up and got it ready without any help from diana or i...  

he calls me over and tells me he had a special treat set up at the table for me.  suspicious...  i walk over and see a plate with a bowl covering it, as well as a napkin that tells me that there's a special cake for me (please note the backwards 'd's on the note...)

surprise!  its not cake at all- its a mini squishy piece of cake!  that not food!  oh man, he got me good!

oh boy.  it looks like our boy might have the same problem as his daddy- those 'b's and 'd's can sure be tough!
